What the checker tests
Our server connects to the proxy and sends a single request through it to a geolocation service. If the proxy does not answer within ten seconds, refuses the connection or rejects the credentials, you get a plain-language reason. If it answers, you get the exit IP, country, city, timezone, ISP and response time. You can pick the protocol yourself or leave it on Auto: we try HTTP first, then SOCKS5.
How to read the result
Latency under 300 ms is excellent, under a second is workable, anything above will noticeably slow down browsing and automation. Type is derived from the ISP name and the IP database classification: mobile and residential addresses raise fewer flags than datacenter ones, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Anonymity means the exit IP differs from your own: a transparent proxy that leaks your real address is useless for multi-accounting.
Why geo and timezone must match
Anti-fraud systems compare the IP country with the browser timezone, language and locale. A profile with a German IP and a Moscow clock is a classic spoofing signal that sends accounts into verification or a ban. Before launching a profile, compare the timezone from this check with your antidetect browser settings: good browsers pull it from the IP automatically, others require setting it by hand.
